When you place an order with us, we collect certain information about you e.g. name, delivery address, phone number
and email address. Contact information is used only to get in touch with you when we need to. This includes sending you
the games you ordered, a follow up courtesy email to check you have received the order and communications in the unlikely
event there’s a problem.
Web payments by credit or debit card are processed by our payment provider
HSBC Global Payments. When you are ready to enter
your card details, you are forwarded to HSBC Global Payments’s secure payment page. All financial information is
encrypted with industry standard methods and Retro-Games do not record or store your card details on any database
or webserver so you can feel safe ordering with us.
Web payments using PayPal are forwarded to a PayPal login screen where you can login to your PayPal account or
create a new account. Retro-Games will not ask for your PayPal login
or password at any time. As before, Retro-Games do not record or store these card details on any database
Telephone orders are accepted for credit or debit card in the event that customers do not have internet access. The
card details provided by you will be keyed by us on the
Global Payments website
(in the same manner as if entered by you on the
Global Payments payment page on our website).
Both PayPal and HSBC Global Payments provide a secure server for all our online credit/debit card transactions. All personal data is encrypted with industry standard methods.
