Ordering - Step By Step Guide

- The search results can be sorted in numerous ways
- Each product has a list of offers with its condition described
- View the gameplay video under the offers section
- Click the "Add" button to add it to your cart
- Review your shopping Basket
- When you're ready, click the Checkout button
- Your basket keeps items for 7 days if you want to buy them later
- Creating an account is super quick!
- Add your address
- Tell us how you want it shipped
- Confirm your order
- We'll send you an e-mail confirming your order
- You can check order status in Your Account
- We'll send you another e-mail when the order is safely in the post
Do you have shops?
At the moment, the business is online only and we do not have a retail premises for customers to visit.
Do you offer discount?
We reduce prices on many items every week and offer free or discounted postage. There's no other discount structure in place
at the moment, but it's something that we may introduce in the future.
Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheque, money transfer, cash or other forms of payment.
We have a small number of customers paying by postal order - contact us for further details. Our games are priced in Sterling and Euros
- there is a currency dropdown in the site footer to change currency. We charge in the currency selected.
Are my card details safe?
Payments are handled entirely through PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account; PayPal provides a guest checkout.
Why was my card declined?
If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, you must contact the bank that issued the card to
find out why. Please note, only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.

Due to loss in post experience, we don't post to UK PO box addresses/forwarders where the intention is to onward ship internationally
or overseas PO box addresses (apart from BFPO addresses).
We do not post to customers based in countries that we do not sell. Also,
we cannot accept payment methods which originate in countries which we do not sell to.
The EU rules (since August 2022) mean that we cannot sell to EU countries without having a European VAT number.
We don't have one and the cost of registering, appointing an intermediary and filing returns is estimated at around £6,000 a year.
As a result, we are unable to post to EU countries for the foreseeable future unfortunately.
We do not post to a number of countries (including USA) for compatibility reasons because most of our games will not work in those
countries without special adapters/ converters.
How much is delivery?
UK Delivery is FREE 2nd class post on all orders. You can choose additional delivery options for your location on checkout.
Most of our international orders are sent using International Standard - the cost of postage is displayed
in the shopping cart e.g. 1 game to Australia £4.50 postage, 2 games £5.00.
UK Orders of £50 and over qualify for FREE courier delivery (Parcelforce / Evri).
This option is available for UK Mainland/Lowland addresses only,
and will be automatically selected once your cart reaches £50.
We may decide to send high value orders using a courier that requires a signature on delivery.
How is the order Packed?
Single DVD style games are sent in A1 mailers (double in A2 mailers).
Delicate card box or steelbook games are posted in walled boxes.
Single order brittle plastic case (PS1 and Dreamcast etc)
games posted in reinforced card Novia packaging.
Larger game/accessory orders are usually posted in padded walled boxes.
Heavier orders are posted in double wall boxes.
The text above provides a general overview of our packing methods. In reality, our system encompasses a comprehensive packing
process that automatically identifies the appropriate packaging for each order. Over the past 22 years, this system has
been meticulously refined to prevent games from being crushed, scratched, bent, or damaged in any other way during transit.
It is designed to protect games across all 60 platforms we offer. You can be rest assured that your rare NES game
isn't going to be posted in a jiffy bag!
When will my order arrive?
The estimated dispatch times will be shown on each product page, provided your country is set to UK (default unless changed).
Products are usually dispatched together but some orders are split for packing reasons.
If you would like to have items sent to separate addresses please complete a separate order for each address.
