Original power supply for Japanese Neo Geo consoles. The early consoles had no voltage regulation and expected stable 5V from the power supply. Later consoles had a voltage regulator which expected 9V input. Both consoles had the same power socket and neither had protection for the wrong voltage or polarity...

Model PRO-POW(or PRO-POW-UL, PRO-POW-2)
For early Neo Geo AES consoles, typically requiring 5V 3A DC with center-negative polarity.

Model NEO-POW3
Strictly for 9V Neo Geo AES consoles labeled "Use PRO-POW-3 AC Adapter Only" or "PRO-POW-E" (generally high serial numbers over 120,000).
Using a NEO-POW3 on a lower-serial (early) 5V AES can destroy the console.

If you are not sure which console you have (5V or 9V), it is recommended to open up the console and look by the power switch. You will either have a 3 pin PNP transistor (5V version), or a 5 pin voltage regulator (9V version).
-3 pin PNP (black or green) Transistor Switch labelled ECB on the board = 5V console
-5 pin black voltage regulator LN2576T = 9V console (ignore the -5.0 on the regulator)
