The first game on the Playstation. 10 tracks of stock-car racing - many tracks incorporate cross-overs making collisions almost inevitable and gradually wearing down the vehicle.

The second area of the game is the 'Destruction Derby' itself, a large arena where 20 cars set about ramming each other with the aim of staying intact the longest.

Special points are awarded for stylish play here, including 360 degree skids. This is the part that the two-player link-up, using two machines, comes into its own
