do I buy anything listed here? |
Orders can be placed either via the existing shopping
cart or just via email. Most products currently in stock are listed
in the online
shop.
For orders placed via the existing shopping cart you will recieve
an automated response detailing your order. We will then verify
that the requested item is in stock and email you the final price
and payment details.
For all other orders simply email us your requirements. (Please
include your postal addess.) You may also call us on 07766 328070
- please note we cannot take card payments over the phone.

| Are
your games new? |
| Most games are used. The
product description should detail whether items come in the original
boxes and if they include instruction manuals. Unless clearly described
as broken, every game we sell has been tested or will be prior to
despatch. If you require pictures or further details on goods we will
be happy to supply them. |
| Notes
on Condition. |
| The condition of boxes
and instructions etc can vary widely so please email us for details
if this is important. However the condition notes are a general guide.
Pictures are often for illustratrative purposes. We will be happy
to provide you with specific scans/pictures if required. |
| Do
you give a warranty on products? |
| As most items are quite
old we dont provide a warranty, however all games and systems are
guarranteed to work on delivery or your money back. |
| Do
you give refunds? |
| If a game or system is
found not to work and we are at fault, or if it's not quite what you
wanted we will give a full refund upon return of the goods. Returns
must be made within 7 days of receipt and be in the condition they
were received. We will provide a replacement or refund the full value
of the items. Postage costs are non refundable. |
| How
long do goods take to arrive? |
Orders will be sent within
24 hrs of a cleared payment. (Please allow 7 days for cheque clearing).
Small UK orders are usually sent 1st class recorded delivery (1-2
days). Larger items may be sent via parcel post (3-7 days) or courier
(1-2 days). The order confirmation email will clarify this. We will
also email you upon receipt of payment to give more exact delivery
expectations.
International orders:
We can send items airmail, surface mail or courier. Because delivery
times vary considerably please mail us for details. As an example
goods to the USA typically take around 5-10 days airmail or 22-35
surface mail. |
| Do
you ship internationally? |

We will deliver to anywhere
with postal services. However as postage costs for systems etc can
be quite high we do charge an additional postage cost. This is done
at exactly the postage cost to us. Items can be shipped surface
or airmail to anywhere in the world. Its also worth noting most
systems we stock are UK PAL versions and therefore use UK power
& TV standards.

if items are lost in the post? |
| As loss compensation varies
accoring to the particular service used, you may wish to choose one
with higher maximum loss compensation. The order confirmation will
often provide postal options. Here are some guidelines for UK customers
as of Oct 2003 but as rates change you should check the official sites
for up-to-date infomation. |

Courier services do include tracking. Recorded airmail services are
available to many countries. |

all items in stock? |
| We maintain the site daily,
but do note that for many items we only have one copy and we operate
a strict first come first served policy. |
| Can
items be reserved? |
| Typically we will hold
any item for you for up to 7 days, if longer is required then email
us and we may be able to keep items for longer. However if an item
is not paid for within the agreed time then we reserve the right to
sell to the next person who orders it. |
| Do
you accept credit cards? |
We can take credit card
and debit card payments via Paypal
UK Debit cards can be accepted via NoChex
We dont take credit card details when you order as there is always
the possibility that a game or system is out of stock, so please place
your order and we will mail you back ASAP with payment details.

do I send the money once I've ordered something? |
| You will be contacted
by email with payment details once we have confirmed that the item
